Our small batch, pot stilled cask gin is crafted from a historic Belfast recipe, with each bottle celebrating a bygone ‘golden era’ of ocean liners and empire flying boats; when our craftsmanship was revered around the world, and Belfast’s ingenuity was toasted everywhere, from the ballrooms of luxury ships to the dance halls and pubs of East Belfast.

Our gin recipe lay hidden for years, tucked away alongside mementos and trinkets celebrating Belfast’s golden ‘Propellor Age’. Re-discovered in 1992, our gin and it’s distinct triple grain recipe has a long history that begins in Belfast and the Avoniel Distillery. Belfast 1912 Cask Gin is craft distilled, infused with carefully sourced botanicals and then rested for six weeks in whiskey casks giving it a supremely smooth and finely balanced flavour.
